Your Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and client centric Market Researcher to join our company

Do you have a Market Research and Agriculture background? Do you have a passion for analytics and data? This may be the perfect opportunity for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing local research projects; This includes forecasting crop protection use, manufacturer reputation, resistance issues, sales & technical team evaluations, and agronomist needs & expectations for example
- Contribute towards survey design, data analysis and data reporting
- Schedule projects and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Manage fieldwork agencies, internal call center, sending reminders and compiling respondent r reports
- Export and check data, liaise with country teams to clean data
- Manage answer coding, data processing and data import into i-Map proprietary software
- Programming checks, filtering, continuous field work coordination jointly with Operation teams and agencies
- Populate reports and create graphic presentation of data
- Under supervision, looks for trends in data and prepares graphic reports with solid commentary and analytical insights, conducts basic analysis with available tools

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Market Research, Marketing, Psychology, Econometric Modelling for example
- 3+ years of Market Research experience is required
- Previous experience managing projects is required
- Advanced in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced analytical skills
- Fluency in English (Verbal and Written)
- Advanced knowledge of analysis tools
- Deep understanding of Agriculture is preferred
