About the role:
You will be part of the Cement Industry Execution team that implements the Capital and Upgrade Projects. By joining this team, you will have a chance to work for projects across the world, ensuring our client projects are executed on schedule, within budget and at the highest quality. You will work closely with Project Coordinators & Project Directors and assist them on a day to day works.

Key responsibilities:

- Cooperate closely with the Project Directors & Project Coordinators in Denmark on all project related tasks
- Develop/Update/revise project schedule in ATLAS ERP system
- Add missing sales prices, Missing data, Add/revise stakeholders for transmittal in ATLAS
- Dispatches Project Documentation to both Clients and Sites (offline CD ‘s and hardcopy)
- Monitor and follow-up on Project deliveries in ATLAS
- Monitor and follow-up on Corrective Action deliverables in Intelex system
- Prepare internal and customer reports together with the Project team
- Follow-up on project deliverables executed out of India

Qualification / Work Experience:

- Experience with international projects
- You have a positive personality that motivates your team and you enjoy working with different types of cultures
- Positive mindset and good people skills
- Proactive mindset and Proactive nature and decisive
- Effective and efficient coordination
- Structured record keeping
- Good communication skills (multilingual, however, fluency in English is a must both verbally and in writing)
- Very experienced in the use of MS office package especially Excel and PowerPoint
