As Vedanta’s unified CSR entity, AAF is positioned to deliver strategic, large-scale impact across seven business units.

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a strategic leader to position AAF among India’s top three social impact foundations. The role involves shaping long-term vision, ensuring governance excellence, strengthening organizational capability, and advancing AAF’s influence through partnerships, data-led impact, and high-level stakeholder engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive AAF’s strategic agenda to achieve national recognition and measurable outcomes
- Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with Vedanta’s CSR priorities
- Build organizational capability and high-performing teams for effective program delivery
- Cultivate partnerships across government, private sector, and civil society to scale impact
- Represent AAF’s mission and outcomes through executive communication and advocacy
- 15+ years of leadership experience in CSR, ESG, or social impact with relevant academic credentials
- Established thought leader with proven strategic and operational CSR expertise
- Strong stakeholder management across government, industry, and community ecosystems
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in English and Hindi
