**Job Title**: Brand Manager

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and drive growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and events) to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage brand communication across all channels ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and identity.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to create impactful promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and overall brand health metrics.
- Oversee partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.
- Ensure customer engagement and brand loyalty initiatives are effectively executed.
- Manage budget allocations for branding and marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with analytical abilities to measure effectiveness.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media, and campaign management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
