Digital Marketing Executive and Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Marketing (SMM)**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
- Create high-quality, informative, and visually appealing social media content aligned with our brand voice and target audience.
- Manage and monitor social media interactions, responding promptly to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adapt strategies based on insights.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms for our target audience.
- Optimize website content for search engines, including on-page optimization and technical SEO tasks.
- Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- **Digital Marketing Tutor**:

- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on various digital marketing topics for both internal and external audiences (depending on your expertise).
- Create clear and concise educational content (e.g., blog posts, video tutorials) to empower others with digital marketing knowledge.
- Stay passionate about learning and continuously expand your digital marketing expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- **Social Media Marketing Expertise (1-2 years)**: Solid experience crafting engaging social media content, managing platforms, and analyzing performance metrics.
- **SEO Fundamentals**: Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques. Experience with SEO tools is a plus.
- **Content Creation Skills**: The ability to create clear, informative, and engaging content in various formats (written, visual) for both social media and educational purposes.
- **Data-Driven Approach**: An analytical mind that can interpret data from social media and SEO tools to optimize campaigns and measure success.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to create impactful content and clearly explain digital marketing concepts (especially if tutoring is included).

**Optional but Valuable (6th Qualification)**:

- **Digital Marketing Education Experience (desired)**: A passion for education and prior experience delivering training sessions or creating educational content on digital marketing topics.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in the EdTech industry.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Video editing skills.
