**Psychology Fresher**:
**Job Title**:Junior Psychologist/Research Assistant

**Reports to**: Senior Psychologist/Research Lead

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Assist in Research Studies**:

- Assist senior psychologists in designing, conducting, and analyzing research studies.
- Collect and enter data, maintain accurate records, and perform data analysis.

**2. Psychological Assessments**:

- Administer and score psychological assessments, such as personality tests, cognitive assessments, and behavioral ratings.
- Interpret results and provide feedback to clients/patients.

**3. Counseling and Therapy**:

- Assist senior psychologists in providing counseling and therapy services to clients/patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans under supervision.

**4. Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology (BA/BSc) with relevant experience.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of psychological theories, principles, and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R) and Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
