Gather data from different sources (sales, finance, operations, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain databases and ensure the data is up-to-date.
- Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc) for management.
- Create dashboards and visual reports that present complex data in a simple, accessible format.
- Generate performance, financial, and operational reports for stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
- Interpret large volumes of data and translate them into actionable insights for management.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of MIS software and systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the MIS systems and resolve them promptly.
- Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets, and financial projections by analyzing past data.
- Support various departments with insights and trends that help in planning.
- Ensure the database is secure, organized, and accessible.
- Perform database backups and ensure data integrity.
- Implement automated processes for reporting to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
- Set up and maintain automated report schedules.
- Work closely with different departments (sales, marketing, finance, etc.) to understand their data needs.
- Provide support for their specific reporting and information requirements.
- Ensure that reports and data are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain data quality standards and review reports for accuracy.
- Provide training to team members on the use of MIS systems.
- Assist users with navigating and understanding reports or dashboards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.06 - ₹40,000.78 per month
