Moulding Operator

**Job Purpose**:
The Moulding Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining moulding machines, ensuring production of high-quality moulded components as per company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate moulding machines (Injection / Compression / Blow, as applicable) safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines with correct moulds, tools, and parameters before starting production.
- Monitor machine operation during production runs to ensure quality and consistency.
- Perform regular checks on finished products to ensure dimensional accuracy and defect-free output.
- Report any machine malfunction, defect, or quality issue to the supervisor/maintenance team immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area as per 5S/housekeeping standards.
- Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies.
- Assist in preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting of moulding machines.
- Maintain daily production records, log sheets, and quality check reports.
- Cooperate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of moulding processes and machines.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Basic understanding of quality checks and measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.).
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Safety-conscious and disciplined work habits.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum: 10th/12th pass or ITI (Fitter/Operator/Plastic Processing preferred).
- Experience: 4-6 years as a moulding operator in manufacturing (plastic, rubber, or metal components).
- Freshers with technical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,540.27 - ₹22,626.59 per month
