**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Lesson Planning**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cover the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board) and syllabus.
- Use various teaching techniques, including interactive activities, case studies, and multimedia resources, to make learning engaging and applicable to real-life scenarios.
- **Curriculum Delivery and Conceptual Clarity**:

- Ensure a thorough understanding of key commerce concepts, including financial accounting, business management, entrepreneurship, and economic principles.
- Use real-world examples to help students understand abstract commerce concepts.
- Ensure students are well-prepared for board exams through continuous practice, revisions, and mock tests.
- **Student Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer tests, assignments, and projects to assess students’ understanding of the material.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, helping them improve their academic performance.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, progress, and attendance, and prepare progress reports for parent-teacher meetings.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a disciplined and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect and active participation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
