**Position: Python Programmer**

**AMPYR Energy Tech Solutions** in Delhi is the company’s renewables energy services centre of excellence, which provides leading-edge technical and analytical services to AMPYR Energy’s renewable energy platforms globally.

Position is open for project basis and will be based in New Delhi.

**Grid scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) sizing, optimization, and Analytics**:
Collaborate with engineering, investment, and development team to build BESS optimization system/tool appropriate for different markets.

**The role/project will involve**:
Developing, testing, and verifying optimum battery sizing algorithms for various combinations of
Battery sizes and technology (hypothetical and real project based).
Key parameters to be estimated/optimized include state-of-charge, state-of-health, state-of-power, degradation.
Developing forecasting algorithms to test potential revenue (back-testing/forward testing)
Working with key stakeholders/team members to understand and translate the technical/business drivers into code/program.

**Required Experience/Skills**:
Exposure to energy/electricity markets or battery systems modelling is preferred.
Strong programming skills in Python/R/TensorFlow/Pytorch/PyMC etc.
Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of probabilistic programming, optimisation, deep learning, and other advanced machine learning techniques are preferred. Good data analysis and scripting skills to process and analyse large volumes of data.
At least 2-3 years of experience developing production-ready real-time projects in machine learning and data science.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
