**Job Summary**: As the **Architect - AI/ML **, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology strategy, leading architectural design, and driving successful presales engagements within the US healthcare domain. You will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering compelling solutions to our clients. **Your expertise in AI, ML, cloud computing, Java, frontend development, and DevOps will enable us to create transformative products and services that address critical challenges in the healthcare industry.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the technology strategy, in alignment with the company's business objectives, **focusing on AI /ML,** Cloud services and Product development services.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product owners, and development teams, to understand requirements, propose solutions, and drive successful presales engagements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance, mentoring the development teams to deliver high-quality code, implement industry best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry advancements related to AI, ML, cloud computing, Java, frontend development, and DevOps, and evaluate their applicability to our solutions.
- Conduct technical evaluations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technology assessments to validate solution feasibility, performance, and scalability.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposals, demonstrating the value and effectiveness of our solutions, and addressing client concerns or technical queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, project management, and operations, to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the implementation of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks to optimize the software development and deployment processes.
- Stay updated on US healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements, ensuring our solutions align with legal and ethical frameworks.
- Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions, incorporating AI, ML, cloud computing, Java, frontend development, and DevOps principles.
- Conduct technology evaluations and make recommendations for the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and platforms that enhance system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Drive the implementation of AI/ML practices in internal development and also on external customer to streamline the software development processes.
- Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to design and implement secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant cloud-based solutions.
- Stay updated on US healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure the technology solutions align with the industry's legal and ethical frameworks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a TA or similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing technology solutions.
- **Expertise in AI and ML technologies, including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.**:

- Strong proficiency in Java/C++/Python programming language and frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Proficiency in frontend development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, express.js).
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with US healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, particularly within the US healthcare domain.
- Overall experience of not more than 18 years with **3-5 years as technical architect.**:

- Extensive experience working in a service-based IT organization, catering to a diverse clientele and consistently delivering exceptional solutions. (**Minimum 5 years of experience in service industry in the last 8 years)**

**Salary**: ₹498,429.02 - ₹2,056,217.88 per year
