- Design and implement DevOps practices and tooling across the organization, optimizing software delivery and deployment processes.

- Foster collaboration and communication between development and operations teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement security best practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle.

- Document and share best practices, contributing to the development of a knowledge base for the team.

Qualifications:

- 7 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with DevOps tools and technologies, including Git, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (mandatory), Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with security best practices in DevOps.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash.
