Front Desk Executive

**Roles & responsibility**:
**Visitors Management**:
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive
Maintain visitor, employee, and department directories and logs
Follow security procedures, such as marking entry in visitor register and issuing visitor badges
Keep an eye on security and telecommunications systems
**Admin**:
Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations
Arrange meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations which includes hotel / stay booking, flight, train, cab booking etc.
Keep a record of office supply inventory and expenses
Ensure Team is updating Material Inward and Outward register
Receipt for deliveries (courier, utility bills etc.) and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly
Ensure housekeeping activity is performed as per the schedule
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
Employee ID Card distribution
Order food for visitor and for events
**Employee Engagement**:
Conducting & Assisting in Employee Engagement activity
Monthly Employee Celebration
**Skills**:
Strong communication and organizational skills
High level of professionalism and courtesy
Excellent time-management skills
Works well with others and can multitask
Great attention to detail
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
**Education and Experience Requirements**:
High school diploma or general education degree
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
