**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to create user-centric designs that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms using Figma.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure designs meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Participate in design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and visual appeal.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI & UX Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator is a must.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and user experience design.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Experience in creating responsive designs for various screen sizes and devices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for staying current with industry trends and tools.
