Job Description**Objective**:

- Accounts Payable
- Vendor Reconciliations
- Inter-unit ReconciliationsJob Responsibilities- 1.Accounts Payable- 3-way match before processing of invoice
- Accurate & Correct Accounting of Expenses in Respective Cost Centre
- Payment as per SLA
- Tracking & Controlling Vendor advances as per COA
- Analyzing & Controlling AP Ageing
- Regular Scrutiny of Vendor Balances
- 100% Process & Tax Compliances

2. Vendor Reconciliations- Through review and reconciliation of Vendors Accounts
- Reconciliations items to be resolved on timely basis

3. Closing Activities- Inter unit Reconciliation
- Clearing Account Reconciliation
- AP Ageing Review
- Open Advance Review
- Open PO review

- Zonal Team
- Procurement Team

**External Customers**:

- Supplier/ Service Provider
- Auditors - statutory and SOX

**Functional Skills**:

- Strong in accounting and taxation
- Strong in Excel and System
- Strong drive for results
- High degree of focus on delivering result

**Travel**:5 %- Job Requirement**Qualifications**:

- B. Com/ M.Com/ MBA Finance**Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years post qualification experience
- Preferred experience in handling Accounts Payable in Manufacturing Industry
- Preferred exposure to Taxation
