**Shift Duty:

- UK Shift (12:00 PM - 9:30 PM)**

**Job Description**:

- Tracking monthly P&L performance of seven legal entities on a consolidated and individual basis
- Preparing and improving monthly management financial/operational reports including Flash of financial results
- Preparing financial trend and variance analysis comparing current operating results with prior operating results and forecasts/budgets to identify are for operational actions
- Consolidate global financial forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Develop, maintain, and enhance global cash flow forecasting process
- Maintain and create models to evaluate P&L impact of new client contracts and new product offerings
- Evaluate P&L performance and ROI of clients and products
- Attend weekly sales prospect meetings and provide analytical support for detail evaluation
- Preparing Commission/Bonus calculations for management
- Preparing Revenue at weekly and monthly with different segments like product, client, and nature of business
- Working and posting inter-company transactions and tax calculations
- Analyzing the data and provide valuable outputs
- Experience: 3+ Yrs
- Education Qualification: MBA-Finance/M.Com
- Industry Preference: Service/IT/BPO/KPO
- Physical Working: Work from Office
