**Job Title**: Group D Supervisor

**Reports to**: Operations Manager/Facility Manager

**Location**: Saltlake

**Job Summary**:
The Group D Supervisor will oversee and manage the Group D staff, including housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, and other support personnel. The supervisor will ensure that all assigned duties are performed efficiently, safely, and to the organization’s standards. The role involves coordinating daily tasks, monitoring work quality, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent/Graduate
- Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably overseeing support staff (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage a team and resolve conflicts.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision of Group D Staff**:

- Monitor and supervise the work of cleaners, peons, maintenance workers, and other support staff.
- Ensure that tasks such as cleaning, sanitation, maintenance, and other support services are completed efficiently and on time.
- **Task Allocation and Scheduling**:

- Prepare daily work schedules for Group D employees and delegate tasks as required.
- Adjust work assignments to meet operational needs, ensuring full coverage of all duties.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track the performance of staff and ensure that tasks meet the quality standards set by the organization.
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve staff performance where necessary.
- **Training and Development**:

- Conduct training sessions for new employees and ensure all staff are aware of safety protocols and work procedures.
- Regularly update staff on any changes in policies or new procedures.
- **Health, Safety, and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all staff comply with the organization's health and safety standards, including the proper use of equipment and chemicals.
- Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards or safety breaches to management.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure sufficient stock of necessary items.
- **Record-Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, task completion, and any issues related to performance or safety.
- Prepare reports on staff performance, incident logs, and overall work progress for management review.
- **Conflict Resolution**:

- Address any grievances or conflicts among Group D staff and escalate serious issues to HR or higher management when necessary.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
