Total Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with any auto garage in WA / WB. Preferred Competencies: Should be meticulous in his workmanship. Should show high degree of accuracy. Must be very disciplined. Should exhibit confidence and curiosity to learn. Must possess good diagnostic skills. Should have analytical capabilities. Should have speed in work. Able to read technical information in English language. Should be thorough with usage of Wheel Alignment & Wheel Balancing machine. In case any extra repair needs to be done, inform Floor Controller and take his concurrence before doing the same. Share best practices & peculiar observations with the team. Ensure high repair quality of work to improve customer satisfaction. Minimize repeat repair. Improve workshop productivity and efficiency. Ensure all SOPs are adhered to.
