Job Title: Experienced Architect with Onsite Management and Advanced Structural Systems Skills for Cipher Lab

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and manage luxury hospitality and residential projects.
- Understand onsite responsibilities and ensure project goals are met.
- Develop complex detailed drawings and advanced structural systems.
- Use BIM software to develop and manage project models.
- Create and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in architecture.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Extensive experience in onsite management and understanding of onsite responsibilities.
- Expertise in developing complex detailed drawings and advanced structural systems.
- Experience working on luxury hospitality and residential projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Radical thinking and openness to new ideas.
