**Experience**: 2-3 years in sales (real estate or property-related services preferred)

**Pay**: Upto ₹45k and also based on interview.

**Role Summary**:
We are hiring a motivated Sales Executive to drive lead generation, close deals, and build strong relationships with builders, brokers, investors, and property buyers/sellers. Immediate joiners are a plus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Pipeline**: Qualify leads, identify client needs, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- **Presentations**: Showcase property portal features and benefits to potential clients.
- **Client Relationships**: Build lasting client connections and address concerns promptly.
- **Reporting**: Track and report sales activities via CRM tools.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of the property market and familiarity with property portals.
- Experience with CRM tools and digital lead-generation platforms.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
