1. Maintaining MIS for Litigation cases and reporting to the management and coordinating with EXTERNAL Legal Advisor of the Company from time to time.

2. Co-ordination of litigation cases and Legal Research pertaining to Contract Laws, Labour Laws, CPC, CrPC, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Debt Recovery Laws, Arbitration laws and cheque Dishonour cases and other required laws.

3. Strategize the legal steps for proceeding in the litigation cases under the guidance of Management.

4. Briefing and coordinating with the Management and External Legal Counsel.

5. Assisting in the Legal Documentation of the company.

6. Drafting of Legal notices, replies, rejoinders, MOUs and correspondences for Legal cases pertaining to all the Company matters.

7. Co-ordinating and following up with the Government Bodies and Banking Institutions whenever required.

8. Attending Police stations for filing criminal complaints and timely follow ups.

9. Representing as Authorised Signatory on behalf of the company for Litigation cases before various judicial forums.

10. Providing legal assistance to the various departments of the Company viz., Tender Dept., Plant & Machinery Dept., Accounts Dept., HR Dept., and Company Secretary.

11. Maintaining record of original legal documents in Safe Custody.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
