Architect / Male

As an Architect at our company, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their architectural needs and preferences.
- Create detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and drawings.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential data for projects.
- Coordinate with the project team, including engineers, designers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Provide expert advice on construction materials and methods.
- Review and approve project plans and specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest architectural trends and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Strong design and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
