Centre for Strategy and Leadership (CSL) implements various programmes and initiatives for Central & State Governments, various Government departments & Institutions, PSUs and private organisations (national and international).

We are looking for skilled and passionate Visual Content Creators, and, the primary work will involve ideation, creating graphics, editing videos, and other visual content. Typical content to be created and edited will including graphics and videos for social media, product mockups and launches, training guides, short films, Insta reels, etc.

**Responsibilities**
- Reading and understanding scripts and storylines to understand the content creation requirements
- Creating storyboards that depict the script and narrative
- Creating artwork or illustrations as required
- Using creativity and artistic techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form
- Creating appropriate images and visual elements for the graphics being designed or video being edited.
- Selecting suitable music for video content.
- Ensuring all 3rd party and stock content being used is duly licensed.
- Working to production deadlines and meeting commercial requirements
- Working as part of a broader production team, which might include coordinating with social media, marketing and branding teams

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum 3 years prior experience of creating diverse range of graphics and video content.
- Expertise in popular graphics design and video editing software such as Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, Corel Draw, Premier Pro CC, After Effects CC, Da Vinci Resolve etc.
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
