Commis 2:
Looking for Commis 2 for Casa Jaali. Casa Jaali is a boutique beach property located in Patnem, Goa with 10 beautifully appointed rooms and a cafe. The menu is a mix of European, Indian and Asian flavours.

Job Summary:
◦ Experience in western, Asian and Indian cuisine
◦ Organised and conscious of the idea of efficiency
◦ Must be a good team player

**Profile**:
Minimum of 2 yrs experience in a busy restaurant kitchen.

Main responsibilities:
To prepare, cook and serve food delegated as your responsibility, ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times under guidance from a senior chef. To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section.
