**1. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation**
- Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Design branding elements such as logos, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print designs.
- Create engaging infographics, GIFs, and animations for better audience engagement.
**2. Social Media Strategy & Management**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan, create, and schedule content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry-related updates to optimize social media performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
**3. Content Marketing & Branding**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling storytelling campaigns.
- Work on brand identity and ensure visual consistency across all media.
- Develop content calendars and coordinate with different teams for timely content delivery.
**4. Advertising & Promotions**
- Design and execute social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Optimize ad creatives for engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to improve results.
**5. Video & Motion Graphics (Optional)**
- Create short-form video content, reels, and motion graphics for social media engagement.
- Edit and enhance video content for branding purposes.
**6. Analytics & Performance Tracking**
- Track engagement metrics, website traffic, and conversions from social media campaigns.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media insights to assess performance.
- Provide reports and recommendations to improve content strategy.
**7. Collaboration & Trend Research**
- Work closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to align design and social media goals.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media algorithms, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experiment with innovative content formats and engagement techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
