**PROFLIE RESEPONSIBLITES**

**Strategy Development**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our international holiday packages, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

**Market Research**: Stay abreast of international travel trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach and consistent messaging.

**Digital Marketing**: Implement digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO, and social media, to maximize reach and drive conversions.

**Brand Promotion**: Enhance brand visibility and awareness through targeted promotional activities, partnerships, and sponsorships.

**Customer Engagement**: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, including the use of loyalty programs and customer feedback initiatives.

**Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data and metrics to optimize strategies for maximum impact.

**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of international travel trends, customer behaviors, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
