**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **incoming calls** and respond to **distributor / dealer inquiries** regarding orders, dispatch, pricing, and payments.
- **Outbound calling** to follow up on leads, payments, and dispatch updates.
- Maintain **call logs**, customer records, and share updates with the sales team.
- Greet and assist visitors at the reception, maintaining a professional and friendly environment.
- Coordinate with the **billing department** to prepare and issue **invoices / bills** for distributor orders.
- Enter order details accurately in billing / ERP software.
- Support daily office operations, documentation, and filing work.
- Share order status, delivery timelines, and coordinate with dispatch/logistics team when required.
- Provide feedback from customers/distributors to management for service improvement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **12th pass / Graduate** with good communication skills in **Hindi and basic English**.
- **1-3 years** of experience in telecalling / receptionist / billing role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office / billing software (Tally, Busy, or similar)**.
- Polite, punctual, and well-presented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary: ₹8k-₹12k per month (Based on experience)
- Incentives / Performance bonuses may be applicable.
