**Industry - Textile Chemical Manufacturing**

**Working day - 6 Days**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- To perform quality Control of incoming PSS(Global & Local) as per stipulated process.
- To analyse the Quality of Auxiliaries as per set standard
- To perform quality Control of incoming production sample of dyes, pigment and auxiliaries as per stipulated process.
- QA of all global and local sourcing products.
- General and maintain all test reports as per above and update in SAP QA/QC module as stipulated.
- To keep all company assets within the working area in appropriate and well maintained condition.
- Strict adherence to ISO 9001-2015 compliance to all laboratory functions.
- Maintain harmony and teamwork in the department.
- Responsible for laboratory housekeeping and adherence to safety regulations / requirements.
- Monitoring std. stock. Sending standards to customer.
- Daily updating of Ecology sheet of approved batches of Global & Local & Production. Sending the sample for eco test as per request from eco team.
- Maintaining record & Data entry in ERP (products received in trading warehouse).
- Initiative in safety: As a safety committee member give safety training to company employees & contract workers.

KEY POINTS:

- Responsible to complete testing of PSS within specified time limit.
- Responsible to complete testing of incoming raw material & production samples within specified time limit.
- Responsible to maintain record of the result of analysis and tests.
