**Key Responsibilities**:
1:

- Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
2:

- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and handed to the right customer.
3:

- Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.
4:

- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
5:

- Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
6:

- Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

**Job Requirements**:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Passed. Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plus.
