**Job Title**: High School Hindi Teacher

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Hindi lessons aligned with the CBSE syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments as per curriculum requirements.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to support student learning.
- Conduct periodic assessments, tests, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Prepare students for CBSE board examinations (Class 6 and 10).
- Promote interest and appreciation for Hindi literature, grammar, and culture.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and departmental meetings.
- Support and mentor students in academic and extracurricular Hindi-related activities (e.g., debates, poetry recitations, essay writing).
- Maintain discipline in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Stay updated with changes in the CBSE curriculum and integrate new teaching strategies.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: B.A. / M.A. in Hindi + B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms)
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years of teaching Hindi at the high school level in a CBSE-affiliated school
- Familiarity with CBSE board exam patterns and evaluation techniques
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English

- Strong command over Hindi language and grammar
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Technological proficiency (MS Office, smart boards, online teaching tools)
- Creativity and the ability to make lessons interactive and enjoyable
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
