**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all designated areas.
- Detect, observe, and report incidents, suspicious behavior, or unauthorized access.
- Operate and maintain surveillance equipment in accordance with company protocols.
- Coordinate with security personnel during emergencies or suspicious activities.
- Review and retrieve relevant footage as required for investigations.
- Maintain daily activity logs and prepare incident reports.
- Ensure camera functionality and promptly report equipment malfunctions.
- Assist law enforcement or internal teams by providing necessary surveillance footage.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines at all times.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security-related certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a CCTV operator or similar role in a security environment.
- Strong observational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, video management software, and security protocols.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to remain attentive during long monitoring periods.
- Integrity, reliability, and high attention to detail.
