**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics operations.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to track shipments, resolve issues, and provide updates on delivery status.
- Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading, customs documentation, and export/import forms, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.
- Optimize transportation routes and modes, considering factors such as cost, time, and environmental impact.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align logistics activities with demand forecasts and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and transportation costs, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in logistics operations, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, international trade compliance, and best practices in logistics management.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain relationships with logistics service providers and negotiate favorable terms and rates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation modes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems for tracking shipments and managing inventory.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Problem-solving abilities to address logistics issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Familiarity with international trade compliance and customs regulations.
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols in logistics operations.
