**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Early Childhood Education preferred

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct age-appropriate learning activities focused on early childhood development
- Teach foundational concepts in language, numbers, colors, and social skills
- Create and maintain a friendly and organized classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and behavior
- Ensure the emotional and physical safety of all children in the classroom
- Prepare teaching aids, art and craft materials, and other classroom resources
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and basic discipline among children
- Maintain records of student attendance, development, and observations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field Early Childhood Education or Montessori training preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Pre-Primary or Kindergarten Teacher
- Excellent communication and child handling skills
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for children
- Ability to manage classroom behavior positively and effectively
- Basic understanding of child psychology and early learning strategies

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
