Key Responsibilities

A. Planning:
- Plan coverage of all territory down the line.
- Plan Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly Sales for the dealership.
- Plan all initiatives to be taken for the achievement of the target and allocates amongst

the respective sales team.
- Create marketing plan and marketing budget for the activities as per plan.
- Plan the coverage of all villages and create data base of all influencers.
- Coordinate with principal sales team for stock availability.
- Training of the sales consultants,
- Activity plan to cover the whole territory.
- Planning and allocation of test drive cars to sales team so that TD happen on regular

basis for conversion.

B. Prospecting:

- Collect information about the presence of competition in the territory.
- Tracking of completion of activities including coverage schemes, discount and

activations plans.
- To expand the coverage in villages and Tehsils.

C. Sales Process:

- Communicate all schemes announced by company and dealership to all sales team.
- Ensure adherence of sales process by the team.
- Contact all SM on daily basis (Min 3 times a day) for daily sales planning and result athe

end of the day.
- Check diary at least of one sales consultant and educate/ sensitize on sales process.
- Meet the some customers randomly at the time of delivery to get the real feedback of

demo process, test drive and overall customer experience and work for improvisation

based on feedback.
- Review all targets and database on daily basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sale automobiles: 8 years (preferred)
- Management: 7 years (preferred)
