Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle front desk duties including visitor management and appointment scheduling
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping and ensure office upkeep
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command over English, Hindi, and Gujarati (if required)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Friendly, polite, and helpful attitude
- Ability to multitask

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
