**CSIT | ECE | EEE | PHYSICS**

**Location**: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Schedule**: Day Shift
**Salary**: Based on role and experience

**Positions Open & Eligibility CriteriaHead of the Department (HOD)**
- Qualification: Ph.D. in relevant field
- Experience: Minimum 10 years post-M.Tech in Teaching / Industry / Research

**Professor**
- Qualification: Ph.D. in relevant field
- Experience: Minimum 10 years post-M.Tech, including at least 5 years as Associate Professor

**Associate Professor**
- Qualification: Ph.D. in relevant field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-M.Tech, including at least 2 years post-Ph.D.

**Assistant Professor**
- Qualification: M.Tech (Ph.D. preferred)

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver lectures and supervise undergraduate & postgraduate students
- Mentor teaching assistants and junior faculty
- Promote experiential and project-based learning
- Evaluate student performance objectively
- Collaborate on research and academic development
- Provide tutoring, academic counseling, and support
- Engage in departmental activities like timetabling, student employability, etc.
- Publish papers, attend academic conferences, and network professionally
- Continuously update teaching materials and methodologies

**Skills & Requirements**
- Ph.D. from a reputed university (mandatory for HOD/Professor/Associate Professor)
- Strong communication and academic writing skills in English
- Proven track record in research and academic publishing
- Excellent teaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities
- Growth mindset and collaborative nature

**Location Requirement**

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Schedule:
