Store Incharge

Responsible to handle Site’s Store Department.
- To establish handling systems for ERP movement of input to all users.
- Preparation of Stock Registers, Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS to HO & Project Head.
- Follow up with to purchase department for material indent & Preparation of tracking record of Indent.
- Day-to-day monitoring of Material stock & consumption.
- Responsible for making of statements & timely submission to HO.
- Responsible for making debit notes for sub contractors & Suppliers.
- Responsible for certification of Material Purchase Bills.
- To establish & to implement the receiving procedure for all incoming input, its identification & accounting.
- To store materials in the right place and in the best suitable / prescribed manner.
- To ensure periodical inspection and establish correct method properly preserve the materials.
- To maintain complete & up to date records both for physical storage and accounts.
- Coordination with all linking department within the company & with external agencies.
- To take all steps for the replenishment of stock.
- Responsible for inventory control.
- Monitoring receipts & issues in store department, purchaser bill verification, informing management about stores situation and keep store in updated condition.
- Maintaining & filling records.
- Preparing of planning sheet & Challan for internal materials transfer.
- To prepare asset Challan and coding for new asset materials.
- To check qty & quality of new materials.
- Transportation logistic activities.
- To maintain good housekeeping in the entire stores.

**Key Skills**
- Preferably from a Construction Background.
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
