We are looking for a Retail Sales Officer for our reputed jewellry industry which focuses on selling jewelry to customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. They assist customers in selecting jewelry, explain product features, and process sales transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, assist them in selecting jewelry, provide personalized recommendations, and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Achieve sales targets, upselling and cross-selling complementary products, and processing sales transactions.
- Understanding the features, quality, and care of jewellry, including the 4Cs of diamonds, gemstones and various metal types.
- Maintain organized and visually appealing displays, ensure proper stock control, and potentially assist with inventory management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Keep abreast of current jewelry trends, styles, and new product arrivals.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Presentable and customer-oriented personality.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- **Prior experience in jewellry sales or jewellry retail is often preferred.**
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
