**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Details Management**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to collect and verify project details, including descriptions, images, specifications, and related information.
- Ensure accurate and timely uploads of project details across designated company websites.
- Update project information as required to reflect any changes or new developments.
- **Website Content Management**:

- Upload and manage a variety of content types, including text, images, videos, and documents.
- Regularly audit website content to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, and visually appealing.
- Organize and maintain content in alignment with website structure and navigation.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with media, marketing, and technical teams to gather and publish required content.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with business goals and audience expectations.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all uploaded content is error-free, follows brand guidelines, and maintains consistency in tone and style.
- Verify proper functionality of uploaded content, including links, images, and multimedia.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain a detailed log of uploaded projects and content updates for reference and reporting.
- Provide regular updates to management on content progress and completion.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Prior experience in content management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Ability to upload and organize multimedia content (images, text, videos, etc.) effectively.
- Basic understanding of HTML and web content formatting is preferred.
- Proficiency in image enhancement tasks, including cropping, resizing, compressing, and format conversion.
