**Job Title**: Custom Carpentry Worker (On-Site)

**Location**: Hyderabad (Devaryamjal)

**Salary**: 20 to 30k (Per Month) Based on Experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform custom carpentry tasks, including building, installing, and repairing furniture, cabinetry, and wood structures on-site.
- To execute precise measurements and cuts, read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure the carpentry work aligns with project specifications.
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, painting, or varnishing to enhance the aesthetic of woodwork.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any carpentry-related issues that arise on-site.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in custom carpentry work (5+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in custom carpentry.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on-site.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a construction or carpentry setting.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with custom woodworking for furniture, cabinetry, or interior finishing.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
