**Job Summary**:
As an Academic Counselor at Motion Education, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through their academic journeys. You will provide expert advice, support, and resources to help students make informed decisions about their education, career paths, and personal development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Support**:Provide one-on-one and group counseling to students regarding academic planning, course selection, and study strategies.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement; develop personalized academic plans.
- **Workshops & Programs**:Organize and lead workshops on topics such as time management, study skills, and exam preparation.
- **Communication**:Maintain open lines of communication with students, parents, and faculty to address concerns and celebrate achievements.
- **Resource Coordination**:Connect students with relevant resources, including tutoring services, extracurricular activities, and mental health support.
- **Data Management**:Maintain accurate records of student progress and counseling sessions; analyze data to improve counseling strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with educators and staff to create a supportive learning environment that fosters student success.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in academic counseling or student support services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of students, parents, and faculty.
- Knowledge of educational resources and career pathways.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
