**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. **Tele-Counseling**: Conduct one-on-one tele-counseling sessions with prospective students, addressing queries, and guiding them through the admission process.

3. **Liaison**: Act as a liaison between the institute and prospective students/parents, providing accurate information about programs, admission procedures, and ensuring a positive experience.

5. **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other departments within the institution to coordinate efforts and streamline the admission process.

**S**kills Required**:
1. **Excellent Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

2. **Customer Service**: Proven experience in handling high-pressure situations with excellent customer service skills.

3. **Interpersonal Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals.

4. **Detail-Oriented**: Commitment to excellence with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
