Location: Ahmedabad.

Experience: 3-8 years

**Salary**: 200000 p.a. to 360000 p.a.

Building construction work experience

Computer / Excel practical experience

Job Responsibilities:
Sr. No. Particulars

1 Ensuring all receipts & issues of materials are recorded & entered in Inventory Software system.

2 Work accordingly the budget given for stores department.

3 Policy for records related to material management. Provide reports to Management as per requirement.

4 Need to have active coordination with all site PMs / Engineers and the Management.

5 Manage stock taking activity periodically & submit reconciliation reports. Ensure proper utilization of material and avoid wastages.

6 Manage support staff, look after housekeeping and routine maintenance tasks. Maintenance of Materials at Stock yard.

7 Sites wise Stock statement to be prepared and sent in accounts department.

8 Site to site Materials and Fixed Assets transfer entries to be done in ERP Software.

9 Day to day stock entries to be done in CA’s excel format. (Audit purpose)

10 Should have knowledge of all types of construction materials and practical work experience in residential or commercial building projects.

11 Store Management (Material Receiving, Physical Stock Verification against Invoice, Unloading proper storage location, Labelling-Tagging)

12 Maintain Register Daily (DMR, Issue, Stock); Maintain ERP records and keep entries in ERP updated regularly.

13 Supplier Bill Verification (Cross Check / tally quantities)

14 Stockyard materials supervision and quantity knowledge.

15 Weekly / Monthly stock statement (Overall Materials addition, reduction, transfer entries)

16 Weekly site visits to verify idle materials at each projects and transfer the same to the sites where it is required.

17 Annually Closing Stock Statement Records from all sites Store Incharge’s.

18 Managing or Handling of Stores Staff in case of any store person goes on long leave or resigns.

19 Need to be aware about all materials at all sites so required materials can be shifted from one site to the other site internally.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
