**Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting Visitors**:

- Welcome guests and clients with a professional, friendly attitude.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or individual.
- **Answering Phones**:

- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the correct departments or individuals.
- Take messages for employees who are unavailable.
- **Managing Appointments and Scheduling**:

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences for team members.
- Keep track of calendars and meeting rooms.
- **Managing Mail and Deliveries**:

- Receive and sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure outgoing mail is sent out promptly.
- **Office Administration**:

- Maintain and update office directories, forms, and company documents.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Enter and update information into company databases, systems, and files.
- Ensure that company records are organized and easily accessible.
- **General Customer Service**:

- Provide information to employees, clients, and visitors about office policies or procedures.
- Address inquiries or redirect them to appropriate departments.
- **Office Security**:

- Ensure all visitors sign in upon arrival and issue visitor badges.
- Monitor office security and report any concerns to the facilities manager.
- **Assisting with Administrative Tasks**:

- Provide clerical support to other departments as needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements, office events, and other miscellaneous tasks.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and management.
- **Customer Service**: Ability to provide excellent service with a positive and approachable demeanor.
- **Organization**: Excellent multitasking, time-management, and organizational abilities.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and precision.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to remain calm and address issues or challenges efficiently.
- **Professionalism**: Maintaining a polished and professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is preferred but not always required.

**Educational Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree may be preferred in some cases).
- Previous office or customer service experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
