**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our têxtile company. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting and selling a wide range of têxtile products, including fabrics, clothing materials, and other related items. This is a phone-based sales role, where you will be building customer relationships, providing product information, and driving sales through effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Phone Sales & Customer Engagement**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell a range of têxtile products (fabrics, clothing materials, home têxtiles, etc.).
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers over the phone, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent service.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by identifying sales opportunities and closing deals over the phone.
- **Order Processing**: Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct and products are delivered on time.
- **Product Recommendations**: Upsell and cross-sell additional products based on customer needs, offering relevant suggestions to enhance their experience.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct follow-up calls to check on customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and address any concerns or feedback.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues effectively, providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inquiries. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
- **Customer Database Management**: Update and maintain customer information in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Freshers or Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing, preferably in the têxtiles or retail industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and explain products clearly.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the ability to close sales effectively and upsell products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Basic understanding of têxtile products, fabrics, and their uses. (Training will be provided if needed.)
- **Customer-Oriented**: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
- **Organization**: Ability to manage multiple calls and follow-up tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software, phone systems, and other tools to track sales and customer interactions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business, marketing, or têxtile-related fields is a plus).
- Fluency in [local language] and proficiency in English is preferred.
- Previous experience in phone-based sales or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of têxtiles, fabrics, and garment production is desirable but not required (training will be provided).

**Working Conditions**:

- **Hours**: Full-time. (9.00 AM - 7.00 PM)
- **Environment**: Phone-based role; may involve working remotely or from the company office, depending on the arrangement.
