**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Strategy**:

- Produce high-quality, well-researched content for multiple platforms including the Threos website, blogs, patient brochures, product information sheets, white papers, and social media channels.
- Create engaging educational content for both healthcare professionals and patients to promote Threos' products, services, and healthcare solutions.
- Work with the marketing team to define and execute content strategies that align with business objectives.
- **Medical Writing & Research**:

- Conduct thorough research on medical and healthcare-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in all content.
- Simplify complex medical jargon for patient and non-specialist audiences while maintaining scientific accuracy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and experts to ensure that all written material is medically sound and aligned with industry standards.
- **SEO and Content Optimization**:

- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for Threos' online content.
- Continuously update and optimize existing content to reflect the latest industry trends, treatments, and regulations.
- **Regulatory Compliance & Ethical Standards**:

- Ensure that all content adheres to healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and other relevant compliance standards.
- Work alongside legal and regulatory teams to ensure the content complies with all healthcare-related laws and ethical standards.
- **Content Editing & Proofreading**:

- Edit and proofread content to ensure it is free from errors, grammatically correct, and aligned with Threos’ brand voice.
- Ensure all content maintains a clear, professional tone, while still being engaging and accessible to various audiences.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and medical staff, to produce accurate, timely, and effective content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop content ideas and themes that align with Threos’ objectives.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics to assess reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Adjust content strategies based on performance insights to improve outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in content writing, with a focus on healthcare, medical writing, or health-related communications.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare terminology, clinical processes, and medical concepts.
- Experience with SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to translate complex healthcare topics into accessible, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines) is highly preferred.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in writing for the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Certification in medical writing or any relevant qualifications in healthcare communication.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing and content strategies specific to the healthcare industry.
