Scafolding Superintend

**Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 3-5 years relevant Experience OR Diploma in Engineering in Technical Field with 5 - 7 years of relevant Experience. Must have relevant experience in same position in Gulf Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Construction field. **Duties and responsibilities : Manage the foremen team & the assignments & assess daily productivity to ensure efficient & timely completion of project within budget, safety & quality standards. Monitor activities & specification compliance. Coordinate with Client & foreman to resolve site issues. Manage execution as per specification, drawings, schedule, Safety & QC standards. Ensure timely assignments completion as per mobilization plan, cost,, resources & project phases. Actively Participate in the Kick-off meeting & regular Client meetings. monitor work progress & ensue proper material consumption. Review client communications & ensure conformance & get clarification or support as needed at site. Scope out additional work at project site & identify new jobs & ensure rates finalized with client. Generate 'Revenue Amount' based on contract unit rate & obtain client approval forit. Take care of daily schedule tasks & analyze daily work progress against planned. Organize IDs through PR & coordinate mobilization of manpower, material & equipment to site. Undertake any other related responsibilities assigned.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

- Scaffolding Superintendent in Oil & Gas: 4 years (preferred)
