We are seeking a full-time Medical Communications Strategist professional to support cross-functional teams developing medical communications and digital engagements. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects in Medical communications, operating primarily in the life sciences/pharma/healthcare space. The applicant will be required to collaborate with both colleagues and clients.

The Medical Communication Strategist has a central role in planning engagements, developing communication strategies and working with implementation during engagement for our clients across the life science sector.

You will be responsible for the determining the direction of medical and scientific content and will play a key role in developing content strategy. You will thrive in finding creative ways to communicate complex scientific messages and will work collaboratively with designers, medical writing teams, etc translating medical concepts into briefs they can work with. The Medical Communication Strategist is a key client-facing member of project teams and will act as a consultant to our clients. Working with a lot of independence, this role will give you the opportunity to shape the way our clients communicate to their target audiences.

The Medical Communication Strategist is also an important internal scientific and medical resource for the company - providing scientific and medical insight to support all our activities.

**Key responsibilities**
- Creating or adapting medical and scientific content for a range of digital communication tools
- Developing creative and engaging communication concepts
- Translating scientific or medical content into communications for clients
- Integrating capabilities across other departments
- Acting as a valuable and insightful consultant for our clients
- Delivering high quality work on budget and to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements Skills and Experience**
- 3-5 years of experience within fast-paced and busy healthcare communication.
- Knowledge of, or experience working in, the pharma/life-science industry
- Excellent writing skills in English with great attention to detail, accuracy, spelling, and grammar.
- Ability to digest complex information and translate science, strategy, and technical insights into impactful/persuasive copy in an appropriate tone of voice for the audience.
- Experience working closely with account handling teams to deliver in line with project briefs, deadlines, and budgets.
- Excellent collaborative spirit and communication skills, to work effectively as part of a close-knit team and occasionally leading on projects.
- Experience in medical or scientific writing and editing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of various media platforms, digital marketing channels, and strategies is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
