Job Overview

We are looking for 2 full-time proficient Photogrpher cum Videographer to join us. You will be responsible for filming raw footages on live locations as well as covering shoots on sets. Besides filming, you should be able to clip the footage together and edit it. You should be able to set up cameras, lighting, backdrops and any other props required for a shoot.

Apart from video setup and shooting, you will be responsible for maintaining the equipment in proper working order. Furthermore, maintaining the equipment inventory is also your responsibility. You should also be able to understand client briefs and provide an estimated budget. Have you own equipment is a plus. If you can offer enhanced video production and bring a creative approach to filming, then we would love to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and liaise with other departments in video requirements.
- Art direct and strategies for photoshoot and video shoot,
- Brainstorm and create video content, scripts and thumbnails;
- Create high quality video projects for multiple campaigns and projects (CSR/Company event/Recruitment/Employer Branding/Training videos);
- Photography for events, product, aerial photography projects;
- Editing the photos to suit the utility of various platforms
- Video shoot, edit and produce videos for web and mobile platforms;
- Monitor camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects.
- Planning and filming live events, short films and ad shoots
- Ensuring all filming equipment is ready and in proper working order
- Directing and assigning tasks to Camera Operators and Lighting Technicians
- Undertaking minor editing of film footages in the case of smaller productions
- Understanding client briefs, offering creative feedback and providing an estimated filming budget
- Discussing ideas with the Creative team prior to filming
- Coordinating and production promotional campaigns videos etc.
- Ensuring filming in proper lighting and audio clarity with perfect lens choice
- Providing creative direction when inserting captions, graphics, special effects and video texts especially for advertising products
- Troubleshooting minor technical issues with the video camera
- Ensuring consistency in filming from start to finish
- Cleaning and disassembling hardware such as tripod, lighting and gimbal
- Maintaining and updating equipment inventory
- Compiling training videos.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate in Multimedia/Media/Art/Broadcasting/Mass Com/IT related or equivalent
- A certificate course in Videography or Cinematography is preferred
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe suite, Final Cut Pro etc.
- Familiarity with different cameras like digital cameras, professional-grade cameras and digital camcorders
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of different motion picture techniques
- Physically fit and having an eye for detail
- Basic knowledge of production modes like doing a single camera setup and adjusting camera’s white balance
- Ability to work in a team and in extreme weather conditions
- Excellent analytical skills
- Familiarity with Sony system is preferred;
- Dependable and hardworking;
- Required skills: Photography (Studio or external), Film video production, video editing and motion graphics;
- Passionate in photo and video production and creativity;
- Active in social media. Eg: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube;
- Fresh graduates/entry levels are encouraged to apply;
- Good communication skills;
- Preferably possess some or 1-2 years relevant experience;
- Advanced proficiency in Premier Pro, Lightroom and After Effects is a must have.
- Having your own equipment (Camera is a plus)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
