Have to update manual registers.After updating manual register have to write Bin Cards.

Before purchasing has to raise Purchase Order (PO) and has to take approval from authority.

Before making GRN has to check the bills and Security Seal & signature.

After making GRN has to inform QA In charge to inspect the materials.

After receiving materials has to make Good Receipt Note (GRN).After making a GRN has to take signature from authority.

Have to attach GRN and PO with the bills and have to submit to Accounts.

Before submitting has entered in tally bills register and have to take signature from Accounts Department. Authorization letter has to submit to FCI Manager and have to collect Releasing Order (RO)

RO and authorization letter has to hand over to transportation contractor.c. After receiving rice have to confirm that rice has come as per the RO.

After receiving allotment has to make authorization letter and have to take signature from authority. a. For transportation have to use our own vehicle or in emergency hired vehicles can used.

After confirming menus of a week with the authority.

Accordingly have to plan for the ingredientsneeds to placing order for Briquettes have to confirm with Boiler Operator.

Have to place order for Gas Cylinders frequently as per the requirement.

After ordering have to follow up with the supplier till material received.

If any items we are sending out we have to make Goods Sent Note (GSN).

After making GSN have to submit to accounts Dept.

**Required Skills**:
Computer Knowledge

ERP is preferable

MS office Etc

Qualification:
Btech/BSc/Material Management /B.Com

Exp -1 to 3 years
